Consent to Personal Data Processing

This consent is provided by the data subject for processing of their personal data by GTS RUS LLC in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.

Consent is valid from the moment it is granted until it is withdrawn by the data subject.

The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Consent to Personal Data Processing

By authorizing on the website https://geartechsol.com, I, as a personal data subject (the “Subject”), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data”, of my own free will and in my own interest:

I give consent to the processing of personal data by GTS RUS LLC (Tax ID: 9724191606), address: 115409, Moscow, Kashirskoye highway, 41 (the “Operator”), in the scope and by the methods specified in this consent and in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of GTS RUS LLC.

  1. Consent is given for the following purposes: authorization on https://geartechsol.com and posting comments.
  2. Personal data processed: last name, first name, email address. For the purposes above, the Operator may transfer personal data to third parties as necessary for processing.
  3. The Operator may perform the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update/change), use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction with or without automation tools.
  4. Processing period: no more than 3 years from the moment consent is granted.
  5. I understand that consent can be withdrawn at any time, and that withdrawal may make it impossible to achieve the purposes set out above.

To withdraw consent, a written request must be sent to the Operator. The request must contain information that allows the Subject to be unambiguously identified.
