User Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an official document and sets the terms for using the website geartechsol.com (the “Website”), owned by GTS RUS LLC (the “Administration”, “We”).

This Agreement takes effect when a User begins using the Website and remains in effect until use is terminated or the Administration changes the terms.

This Agreement is closely related to other documents published on the Website:

User — any individual or legal entity using the Website to obtain information, place orders, contact the Administration, or for other purposes related to Website functionality.

2.3. Client

Client — a User who placed an order for goods or services through the Website or via other methods specified in the “Contacts” section.

2.4. Administration

Administration — GTS RUS LLC, the owner and administrator of the Website, responsible for its operation and content.

3.2. Services

• Technical fluid analysis — laboratory diagnostics of oils, hydraulic fluids and other technical fluids to detect issues early
• Consulting services — assistance in selecting parts, diagnosing faults, and choosing alternatives
• Delivery of goods — arranging delivery across Russia and abroad
• Customs clearance — assistance with customs procedures for international shipments

5.1. User requirements

Use of the Website is permitted for persons who are 18 years old or have full legal capacity under the laws of the Russian Federation.

5.2. Required information

When placing an order or using feedback forms, the User must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information, including:

• Full name (for individuals) or organization name (for legal entities)
• Contact phone number
• Email address
• Postal address for delivery (if required)
• Other data required to place an order and fulfill obligations

5.3. Data use policy

The User is prohibited from:

8. Rights to content

• Video and audio materials

is intellectual property of the Administration or third parties who have granted the Administration the right to use such Content.

The User may:

The User is prohibited from:

9. Liability of the parties

9.1. Administration liability

The Administration is responsible for:

The Administration is not responsible for:

• Temporary Website failures due to maintenance or force majeure
• Actions of third parties, including internet or hosting providers
• Damage caused by improper use of goods by the User
• Damage caused by violation of the Agreement by the User
• Loss of User data due to technical failures (Users should keep backups of important information)

9.2. User liability

The User is responsible for:

• Accuracy of information provided when placing orders
• Compliance with this Agreement
• Using the Website in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation
• Content posted by the User
• Any actions performed using their credentials or contact information

9.3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Administration to the User is limited to the value of the goods or services that gave rise to the claim.

10. Applicable law

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

All disputes related to this Agreement or use of the Website shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be considered by the court at the location of the Administration under the laws of the Russian Federation.

11. Procedure for changes

11.1. Right to change

The Administration may unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to Users.

11.2. Reasons for changes

Changes may be made for the following reasons:

• Changes in Russian Federation legislation
• Changes to Website functionality
• Improving the terms of use of the Website
• Other reasons related to the development of the Administration’s activities

11.3. Notice of changes

The Administration notifies Users of changes by:

• Publishing the updated version on the Website
• Indicating the last updated date at the top of the document
• In case of material changes — posting a notice on the homepage or sending an email (if provided by the User)

11.4. Acceptance of changes

Continued use of the Website after publication of changes means the User accepts the updated terms.

12. Final provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

This Agreement is drafted in Russian. In case of translation into other languages, the Russian version prevails.
