What are the delivery times?

Delivery time depends on stock availability:

  • From the RF warehouse (Moscow Region): 1–3 business days for Moscow and region, 3–7 days across Russia
  • From China: 14–21 business days
  • Custom orders: individually, depending on the manufacturer

Exact lead times are confirmed when placing the order.

Which regions do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Russia and CIS countries. Delivery options include:

  • Transport companies (CDEK, PEK, Delovye Linii, etc.)
  • Russian Post
  • Courier service (Moscow and region)
  • Self‑pickup from the Moscow Region warehouse
How do I identify the required part?

To identify the correct part, please provide:

  • Equipment model (e.g., Caterpillar 320D)
  • Part number (if known)
  • Equipment serial number (for precise selection)
  • Photo of the old part (if the part number is unknown)

What is the difference between original parts and alternatives?

For legal entities we can work under a contract with deferred payment (by agreement).

Is prepayment required?

Payment terms depend on the order type:

  • Stock in RF warehouse: payment on receipt may be possible
  • Order from China: 30–50% prepayment required
  • Large orders: individual terms

Exact payment terms are agreed when placing the order.

What warranty do you provide for parts?

Warranty obligations depend on the part type:

  • Original parts: manufacturer warranty (usually 12 months)
  • Alternatives: 6–12 months depending on the manufacturer
  • Consumables: warranty against manufacturing defects

Warranty does not cover parts with signs of improper installation or use.

What if the part does not fit?

If the part does not fit due to our mistake (incorrect selection), we will:

  • Accept the return within 14 days
  • Refund the full amount or exchange for the correct part
  • Compensate delivery expenses (by agreement)

Important: the part must be in original packaging, with no signs of installation or damage.

Yes, our specialists provide part selection service. Please provide:

  • Description of the problem or a photo of the faulty part
  • Preferably a photo of the equipment and installation location

We will select the correct part and offer options (original and alternatives) with pricing.
