What we analyze

We cover the full range of heavy equipment components: from high‑performance diesel engines to crane gearboxes and hydraulic systems. We set critical indicator control and monitoring frequency to your operating mode.

engines

Motor oils

  • Diesel and gas engines, generators
  • Wear monitoring by spectral analysis
  • Diagnostics of soot contamination and viscosity shift
Transmissions

Gearboxes and gear reducers

  • Automatic transmissions, planetary reducers
  • Detection of wear particles and water
  • Selection of corrective actions for the fluid
Hydraulics

Hydraulic fluids

  • ISO 4406: monitoring system cleanliness
  • Detection of oxidation and additive depletion
  • Water and glycol control by Karl Fischer
Compressors and turbines

High-speed units

  • Airport and port complexes
  • Varnish formation diagnostics
  • Detection of critical particles <4 ÎĽm
Cooling

Antifreeze and heat transfer fluids

  • pH, electrical conductivity, inhibitors
  • Detection of cavitation and corrosion
  • Replacement and top‑up recommendations
Fuel

Diesel fuel

  • Cetane number, fraction composition
  • Sulfur content and mechanical impurities
  • Analysis of bio-additives and water
ICP‑OES spectral analysis Up to 24 wear elements in one sample: iron, copper, chromium, aluminum, tin, etc.
FTIR additive analysis We monitor base number degradation, nitration, oxidation, and soot content.
ISO 4406 cleanliness Laser particle counting 4/6/14 ÎĽm and classification of critical contamination.
Moisture and glycols Karl Fischer method and gas chromatography for water and antifreeze control.

How we work

We provide a full cycle — from sampling to implementing monitoring regulations. We work with active contracts and one-time studies and integrate with your maintenance systems.

1

Task setup

We define critical units, sampling frequency, and SLAs. We prepare instructions for sampling and labeling.

2

Laboratory analysis

We conduct comprehensive studies: spectral, physicochemical, and filtrate microscopy. Samples are checked for compliance with GOST ISO and ASTM.

3

Interpretation and report

We prepare a report with trends, “Normal / Watch / Critical” marks, corrective action recommendations, and particle photo report.

4

Implementation of recommendations

We help adjust maintenance schedules, select lubricants, and plan spare parts procurement through GTS.

What you get

We go beyond standard lab reports: engineers and service teams are involved so data works for your business immediately.

PDF

Structured reports

Sample passport, trends and charts, status tags, replacement timing recommendations, and additive dosage adjustments.

API

Integration with maintenance

Export data to your CMMS/ERP systems, notifications about critical values, and sampling reminders.

SLA

GTS engineer support

Engineer feedback within 4 hours, participation in failure analysis, recommendations for spare parts and consumables procurement.

FAQ

Can sampling be organized by GTS?

Yes. Our technical team can visit your site, train staff, and supply consumables. Remote control via checklists and photo fixation is also available.

Do you work with international laboratories?

We conduct core studies in-house. If needed, we engage partner laboratories in Europe and China for confirmatory analyses and certification.

How quickly can a pilot be launched?

A pilot for 10–15 units can be launched in 2 weeks: we agree on the list of components, provide containers, train staff, and set up reporting and performance metrics.
